It's clear that leadership means different things to different people, and that's because our backgrounds and experiences shape our perspectives.

But what if we simplified our understanding of leadership? What if we looked at it through the lens of one word: INFLUENCE? In this session, we'll explore the idea that leadership and influence go hand in hand. A leader can take people to places they would need help to go. It's easy to get bogged down in the complexities of leadership, but when we focus on influence, we can cut through the noise and get straight to what matters.
