In this session, teens will learn practical strategies to overcome these hurdles. Teens will explore their strengths and passions, recognise positive influences, and transform negative narratives into empowering affirmations, allowing them to embrace their authentic self.

Every choice teens make can lead to different outcomes, and when teens are caught up in the moment, it’s super easy for them to focus only on what’s happening right now without thinking about how it might affect themselves, their relationships and the future they would like to have. In this session, teens will learn how to make healthier choices by reflecting on their past experiences, recognising the influences around them, and getting advice from mentors. By using these tools, teenagers will gain the ability to make improved choices that will have an impact on both the present and the future.

Many teens often forget that the person on the other side of the screen is a genuine individual with dreams, desires, passions, and feelings, just like them. No one has the right to tarnish another's reputation, ridicule their dreams or appearance, or diminish their identity. In this session, teens will explore the impact of their words and actions online and provide teens with tools to create lasting change by building a culture and community of digital respect.

This session is designed to help teens intentionally define their values and leadership approach. They will explore how to stand out from the crowd, identify the values they want to be known for, and develop the skills to stay true to those values over the long term.
